The organization oversees a portfolio of six distinct homebuilding brands: Maracay in Arizona; Pardee Homes across California and Nevada; Quadrant Homes in Washington; Trendmaker Homes throughout Texas; TRI Pointe Homes active in California, Colorado, and the Carolinas; and Winchester Homes serving Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. As of December 31, 2021, its operations spanned 112 active selling communities and encompassed 41,675 land parcels, either directly owned or under its control. Homes are marketed and sold through a combination of its proprietary sales force and independent real estate brokers.
