Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. operates a substantial midstream energy network across the United States and Canada, specializing in the transportation, storage, gathering, and terminalling of both crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). Its storage capacity included 28 million barrels of NGLs, supported by roughly 1,620 miles of active NGL transportation pipelines, plus an additional 55 miles specifically for NGL storage facilities.
