The Investments in Pipeline Joint Ventures segment involves equity stakes in three collaborative ventures. These partnerships have developed distinct crude oil pipeline systems and associated infrastructure, which cater to both external parties and Delek's own subsidiaries. Delek Logistics GP, LLC acts as the general partner for the firm.
