Stoxcraft Screener FAQ

Scrolling through thousands of tickers by hand isn't research. It's masochism. A stock screener filters for what actually matters, fundamentals, risk, momentum, dividends, so you don't have to do it manually. The Stoxcraft Screener goes one step further: every metric gets compared to its sector average or the overall market, so a number is easy to judge instead of a guess.

Yes. Turn on Dividends Only and it stacks with any preset, from Quality to Low Risk, to narrow results down to dividend payers. Pair that with the Health tab's cash flow and payout signals, and you're not just screening for yield. You're screening for yield that can survive a bad quarter.

The Trend tab is built for exactly that. Volume, RSI, and 1M/3M performance show you which stocks have real momentum right now versus which ones are just drifting. Combine it with the Momentum preset to skip straight to names that are actually moving.

It does. The Health tab surfaces Revenue Growth 5Y and Income Growth 5Y side by side, so you can separate real compounding stories from one good quarter. Stack that with a high Performance Score and you've got a shortlist worth researching further.

A number alone doesn't tell you if it's good. On the Health tab, fundamentals like Net Profit Margin, ROA, ROE, Equity Cushion and Debt Load get measured against the sector average, not the whole market. Green means stronger than sector peers, yellow means in line, red means weaker. A Utility and a Tech stock run on completely different normal ranges, so comparing within the sector keeps it fair.

Risk works differently here. Beta, Volatility and Max Drawdown get measured against the overall market instead of a sector, because a calm balance sheet is a good sign in any industry. Lower is the green outcome. A calmer stock is the safer one, not the other way around.

Health, Performance and Risk are shown on a 0 to 10 scale. Trend is shown as three arrows up or down. BuyMeter is shown as a simple label such as Strong Buy, Buy, Hold, Sell or Strong Sell.

Clean numbers keep the screener compact and skimmable. That matters most for Risk, where a higher number means a riskier stock, not a better one. No one wants to misread that at a glance.
